ServiceNow
Give your users access to approve or deny requests for elevation, as well as access the Auditlog, from within ServiceNow.
Mobile App
The Admin By Request mobile app is a free supplement to your portal login and makes data much more accessible to you.
Slack
Access staple features of Admin By Request Endpoint PAM solution directly from your Slack environment.
Jira
This integration allows requests for elevation to be received in Jira, with the optional functionality for IT admins to approve or deny them directly on that platform.
Microsoft Teams
Your users can now use Teams to approve or deny Requests for administrative access via a dedicated Teams channel.

Azure AD

SAML
We support single sign-on (SSO) with all common identity providers either directly or through generic SAML 2.0.

Endpoints

Active Directory
If the computer is in a domain, the Domain Users group will be removed from the local administrator’s group immediately.
Intune
Block elevations on devices that are not Intune Compliant.
Azure AD
Connect Azure AD to your Admin By Request settings to differentiate settings for users based on Azure AD groups.
MetaDefender
When a user requests to run a file with administrative privileges, the file can be scanned in real-time to block malware using 35+ anti-virus engines.

Ticketing Systems

Generic Ticketing System
Push notifications from your Admin By Request Portal to your ticketing system (such as Zendesk) through emails. This solution will work with any ticketing system available.
Jira
Allow requests for elevated privileges to be received in Jira, with the optional functionality for IT admins to approve or deny them directly on that platform.
ServiceNow
